Cousins has formed a new joint venture with a fund managed by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing that has successfully recapitalized Terminus 200.
Terminus 200 has earned Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) for Core & Shell Gold Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
Firethorn Holdings, LLC, will be joining the Terminus family by acquiring space in Terminus 200, the 25-story office building under construction at Cousins’ Terminus development in Atlanta.
